State to shake up finance agencies – Business cry out for cashMore South Africans want to start or expand their own businesses, but their dreams often come to nought when they cannot find finance. The national treasury is co-ordinating the review of the National Empowerment Fund, Industrial Development Corporation and Khula Enterprise Finance.

Firstly,I thank DTI for ensuring that IDC & KHULA open their offices in Polokwane.I would like to see the same to happen with NEF.Secondly,I request that IDC should spread their massive financial wings in order to finance agricultural enterprises, particularly, the start-ups,without any limitations.Agricultural businesses,in general, have great potential in job creation & poverty eradication.Thanx
